I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice is required when canceling or rescheduling your appointments. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “no-show” for will incur a charge of 25% of the appointments scheduled. If you reschedule within a week timeframe from your appointment that will be put towards your total amount day of appointment. Lateness policy: If you are more than 15 mins late your appointment will be rescheduled and maybe charged for a no show.
